It’s National Rescue Dog Day so it’s the perfect day to introduce Atlas, a delightful 2yr old who is new to our rescue.

Atlas is a great dog. He is old enough to be past the crazy puppy energy stage, but young enough that he'll love to go for a bike ride or run with you and still have energy left. He gets along with all sorts of dog personalities-he seems to like them all. He has some basic house manners and is friendly and outgoing to all the humans too. That’s a wrap on our 25th Annual Husky Hike! 🐾 For 25 years, this event has brought together people who love huskies and believe in giving them the care and second chances they deserve. Being a nonprofit run entirely by volunteers makes every donation, every participant, and every helping hand mean even more.

What a day! We had so much fun at our 25th annual Husky Hike yesterday and we hope you did too! Thank you to our volunteers, sponsors, vendors and participants. Whether you joined us in person or in spirit, we appreciate your support and couldn’t do it without you!

Our 25th annual Husky Hike is tomorrow and it’s going to be epic! We’re looking at mid 60s at the start but climbing toward 80 as we wrap up so plan accordingly. We’ll have water and cooling stations throughout the area for all the pups who think we should hold this event in the winter 😜

Don’t worry if you didn’t preregister - you can still join us! Just stop by the registration table as you enter the park. See you soon!
