Congratulations to our outstanding District Service Awardee Dr. Aparna Sridhar!

District IX proudly recognizes Dr. Aparna Sridhar with the Outstanding District Service Award for her leadership
and impact on district communications.

Under her direction, the District IX Communications Team has strengthened engagement with members and
expanded the district’s public voice. Through strategic use of social media, she has enhanced visibility,
elevated key messaging, and amplified advocacy efforts on issues including reproductive rights, physician well-
being, and health equity.

Dr. Sridhar also led a virtual cross-border exchange connecting clinicians in the United States and India,
fostering collaboration on maternal health challenges and shared innovations in care.
