KIDS WHO CARE

KIDS WHO CARE STUDENTS INSPIRING AND ENCOURAGING EACH OTHER IN THEIR SCHOOLS, THEIR COMMUNITIES, AND BEYOND. We would love for you to join us on this journey.

KIDS WHO CARE was started by sisters Chloe and Isabel and their friend and neighbor Ella. On a cold weekend in March of 2022 the girls spent time baking and thought it would be fun to sell their baked goods to friends and family in our neighborhood. That first day they came home with $22, and we started brainstorming about some kind things they could do with the money that they had made. The girls

decided the best way to give back would be to help kids in our own community who might need food, clothing, hygiene products, or just some extra encouragement. As the year went on both Chloe and Isabel were able to set up a KIDS WHO CARE booth at local events. They raised close to $500.00 and collected hundreds of hygiene products, backpacks, and water bottles to donate to our local school and to kids in our community. They were also able to purchase Christmas gifts and non-perishable food items for kids in need with the money they raised as well. This has been a great year of growth and learning and we can’t wait to invite more people to join our kindness movement and help more kids in even greater ways. If you are local get involved: we will post updates regarding community service projects or fundraisers that we’re working on, or you can always donate online as Kids Who Care is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. If you’ve already been part of the KIDS WHO CARE journey by donating hygiene products, food, or funds we want to say THANK YOU. We appreciate you more than you know, and we’re excited about all of the wonderful ways we are going to be able to reach out and help kids in our school, our community and beyond.

🙌 The impact we’ve made together all year long

This year, our Kids Who Care students have served others, supported local organizations, encouraged first responders, helped families in need, and spread kindness throughout our school and community.

We are so proud of every student who chose to make a difference and live out our mission of caring for others.

We are so blessed to have the opportunity to work alongside such an amazing group of students who truly have a heart for serving others and giving back.

This year, Kids Who Care was able to complete so many incredible projects and support countless individuals and organizations in our community. From helping students in our schools and showing appreciation to our teachers, to supporting police officers, firefighters, families in need, and so many others, our students continually stepped up with kindness, compassion, and a willingness to serve.

What makes this group so special is that our students are always excited to help. They give their time, talents, and energy without hesitation, and it has been amazing to watch the impact they have made throughout the year.

We are also thankful that we are able to celebrate and love on our students at the end of each school year with a few special surprises as a small way of saying thank you for all they do.

Thank you to our students, families, volunteers, and supporters for making this year so successful. We are incredibly grateful for each of you and all that we accomplished together.

Wishing everyone an amazing summer! We can’t wait to see what next school year has in store for Kids Who Care. ❤️

At our final Kids Who Care meeting of the 2025–2026 school year, we had the opportunity to spend time with some of our local firefighters and show our appreciation by presenting them with thank-you cards and a small gift from our students.

We are so grateful for the way they serve our community, care for our students, and take the time to share about their important work. Our students always enjoy learning from them and spending time together.

We were also excited to share our Kona Ice Truck surprise with them, which made the day even more special!

It was a wonderful experience for our students to interact with local community helpers and learn firsthand about service, leadership, and giving back. Thank you to our firefighters for all that you do—we appreciate you! ❤️🚒

FINAL KIDS WHO CARE MEETING OF THE SCHOOL YEAR TOMORROW MAY 12TH FROM 2:30 - 3:30 PM.

Parents:
Due to construction at the middle school, our end-of-year Kids Who Care meeting and celebration will now take place behind Wagar Middle & Junior High School near the hangar.
If you are picking up your student tomorrow, please plan to pull behind the building for pickup, as that is where we will be located.
We will also be there for an extended time, so any students who remain on school grounds for after-school activities (such as track, baseball, etc.) are welcome to stop by until 4:00 PM.
