REMINDER - If you have run this race before, please note that the location has changed. It will be at Arena Park in Cape Girardeau.

Packet Pickup:
FRIDAY, June 5, 3:00-6:00 P.M. at Missouri Running Company
SATURDAY, June 6 6:30-7:45 A.M. You will be assigned your wave based on the estimated time you submitted.
Please arrive early to find your assigned wave.

You may NOT change waves without proper permission. No wave changes will be allowed after 7:30 a.m. The first wave starts at 8:00 AM.
