Join us on Saturday, November 28th for some family cooking fun! Under the professional guidance of our Chef Instructor, you and your Jr. Chef (ages 8 and up) will learn strong culinary fundamentals as you slice, dice, sauté, and roast your way to a delightful meal the whole family will love. Your Chef Instructor will give you expert advice on knife handling before we get cooking, and then we’ll take on our recipes together, step-by-step. We'll make Hot Honey Chicken, Biscuits, and Mac & Cheese!

Join Beverage Educator Julie Purpura as she helps you travel the globe exploring six exceptional sparkling w**es crafted using the same labor-intensive traditional method, the process responsible for some of the world’s most celebrated bubbles. From the chalky vineyards of Ch*****ne to Italy’s elegant Franciacorta, Spain’s vibrant Cava, Australia’s exciting cool-climate sparklers, and New York’s world-class sparkling w**es, you’ll discover how the same technique creates remarkably different expressions.

Uncover what makes these w**es alike and what makes each one unmistakably unique. How do grape varieties, climate, aging, and local traditions influence the final glass? Why does one w**e lean toward fresh citrus while another offers rich brioche, toasted almond, or vibrant orchard fruit?

Sip & Stem is back on Saturday, November 21st with a holiday twist, and so is the incredibly talented E. Paige Vinson, owner of Budbreak Flower Company and w**emaker at Vineyard View W**ery. This time, we’re trading vases for vines. Who better to teach you to work with grapevine than someone who spends her days surrounded by it? 🍇🌲🍷

Paige will guide you step-by-step through building your own grapevine wreath, perfect for autumn, the holidays, and beyond.
