Following suit with Caledonia Community Schools, all CYSA fields will remain closed through this weekend. This includes the cancellation of youth baseball, softball, lacrosse, soccer, and football activities.

We know how disappointing this is for our players and families. These moments on the field are what everyone looks forward to, and we share in that frustration. However, this decision is necessary to ensure the safety of our athletes and to protect the condition of both Cal-Plex and school fields.

With water levels extremely high not only in our community but across the state, we are doing the very best we can with the circumstances in front of us.

We truly appreciate your patience, flexibility, and understanding. We can’t wait to hear the cheers, see the smiling faces, and get everyone back out on the fields very soon.

Thank you for being such a supportive and resilient community.
