Join us the evening before JCI Michigan's Fall Conference for an interactive culinary experience led by Chef Steve Graverson, a classically trained chef with more than 40 years of culinary experience. Whether you're an experienced home cook or just looking to learn something new, this hands-on demonstration offers the opportunity to watch professional techniques, ask questions, and enjoy optional tastings throughout the evening.

Tastings are optional. Small sample portions of each dish will be available for attendees. We recommend eating a light meal prior to this event, as the sample sizes will be small to accommodate all attendees. Some dishes may include w**e or other alcoholic ingredients for flavor. These ingredients are used as part of the cooking process. No alcoholic beverages will be served at this event.

Due to the nature of this culinary demonstration and shared food preparation environment, we are unable to accommodate individual food allergies or dietary restrictions. Cross-contact between ingredients is possible. Please use your discretion when deciding whether to participate in the tastings.

*The ODC building is about a 10 minute drive away from The Haworth Hotel.

Please note this event is not held at ODC's main entrance. Enter at the Administrative Offices on 142nd Avenue (search "ODC Administrative Offices" in Google Maps). The building is set back from the road with a gravel drive and parking area. There will be ample parking available. Please note that the facility is not wheelchair accessible, as stairs are required to enter.

Some pictures we took at Hudsonville Area Pride this last Saturday. We are so thankful we had the opportunity to sponsor such an amazing local event as JCI Ottawa Kent. Congrats to the winners of the West Michigan Whitecaps ticket raffle!

Happy Pride, Everyone! We're at Hudsonville Area Pride today. Come stop by, decorate the Pride wall, and learn more about JCI Ottawa Kent (formally South Kent). At 5 pm, we will be holding a raffle for two FREE West Michigan Whitecaps tickets for their July 30th game.
