FirstStep™ is not a government or a private agency. It is funded and managed by a collective of participating local organizations. FirstStep™ will not ask for, collect or share any of your personal or private information. (see our privacy policy) Our mission is to make it easier for you to get help when you need it. The ButlerFirstStep™ system was designed and implemented as a FirstStep™ pilot program in Butler County, PA. The system is constantly evolving to reflect the changing needs of the community, and embrace new information technologies that facilitate easier access to help providers.
