✨ Downtown Business Spotlight: Alliance for Nonprofit Resources
You may have passed the ANR building on South Main Street many times, but you might not realize just how much is happening behind the doors!
Alliance for Nonprofit Resources (ANR) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that was founded in 2008 with a mission of providing supportive services that help other organizations focus on the work they do in their communities.
So, what exactly does that look like?
ANR works with nonprofits, government agencies, and other organizations by providing the behind-the-scenes support that helps keep things running. That includes everything from accounting, payroll and financial services to human resources, marketing and design, strategic planning, quality and compliance, and more.
But that's just one part of ANR! The organization also includes A-Tech, which provides IT services; E-System, a cloud-based electronic health record system for behavioral health providers; ANR Human Services Solutions; and ANR Transport, which provides transportation services for individuals, organizations, and agencies.
ANR has grown quite a bit since it was established here in Butler, with its work now reaching organizations and communities throughout Pennsylvania. And while much of that work happens behind the scenes, the impact can be seen through the organizations and people they support.
We're always happy to shine a light on the businesses and organizations that help make up our downtown community, and ANR is a great example of one you may know by name but not necessarily know all that they do!
