Ralph Scott Lifeservices is looking for a dependable, hands-on Maintenance Technician to help keep our facilities, grounds, and fleet running safely and efficiently.

This role will:
→ Perform general preventative, routine, and emergency maintenance across all facilities
→ Maintain grounds and outdoor areas
→ Monitor fleet maintenance and inspections
→ Coordinate vendors, contractors, and service providers
→ Other duties as assigned

We are so fortunate to have had many staff from our leadership team graduate from the Leadership Institute through Impact Alamance.

We are honored to share that Ashley Braxton is joining the class of 2027 and we know she will be an asset to the cohort!

🚀 We’re excited to welcome our 11th cohort of the Leadership Institute!

Yesterday, these local government and nonprofit leaders kicked off their ten-month leadership journey. Throughout the program, they’ll have the opportunity to strengthen their leadership skills, build relationships with peers, learn about other organizations in the community, and enhance their mission impact.

We can't wait to see their growth over the coming months and look forward to the impact they’ll make in the organizations, teams, and communities they serve. Congratulations and welcome to Cohort 11!

It’s hard to believe we’re already nearing completion of Phase 1 of the StarPoint Outdoor Enhancement & Accessibility Project! What a difference these improvements are making—and this is just the beginning.

There’s so much more to come as we continue moving toward our goal of creating more possibilities for all abilities.

Step back in time! ✨

Our Peer Council celebrated America's birthday with a fascinating journey back to 1700s Colonial America, led by our very own Jean Maness. Members explored what everyday life was like during colonial times, learning about traditional family roles, the clothing people wore, how meals were prepared, and what life looked like in early America.

Thank you, Jean, for sharing your knowledge and passion for history in such an engaging way. Experiences like these inspire lifelong learning, spark curiosity, and create meaningful connections for everyone involved.
