We have concrete! 🎉 The StarPoint Enhancement & Accessibility Project is really coming to life, and it’s exciting to see this vision taking shape right before our eyes.

A huge thank you to the incredible team that got us to this point: John Hykes (Hykes Design), Chad Huffine (L.E.A.D.S. Group), Rett Davis (New Leaf Society), James Fogleman (Structural Engineer) and a special thank you to Doug Uhler (TOP Construction) for heading up the construction and bringing it all together.

The StarPoint Outdoor Enhancement & Accessibility Project is definitely in the messy stages, but we know the outcome will be worth it.

Phase 1 is underway as we continue construction on our new main entry and parking lot—creating a more accessible and welcoming space for everyone who visits. Up next, we’ll transform our front and back yards into an enriching, inclusive environment designed for people of all abilities.

We are saddened to share the passing of long-time member of the Ralph Scott Lifeservices family, Betty Richmond. Our thoughts are with her family and all those whose lives she touched. She will be missed.

Betty Jean Richmond was born on January 30th, 1964, in Roxboro, NC, to the late Eugene and Estelle McGhee Richmond. Betty completed her earthly journey, peacefully at home, on May 20th, 2026. Betty was blessed with a loving and kind soul, and she made sure everyone in her presence was
