Celebrating the Next Generation 🎓

Last Thursday, we celebrated the accomplishments of Apprentice Alamance’s graduating apprentices and welcomed the next generation of young professionals beginning their journey.

Congratulations to Destiny Bellamy, Seth Honzik, Edwin Martinez-Ramirez, and Jacob Ward on completing their apprenticeships, and to the eight new apprentices joining the 2030 cohort!

Apprentice Alamance is what happens when education and industry come together to build opportunity, strengthen our workforce, and prepare the next generation to learn, earn, and excel.

It’s the first day of school for ABSS students! 🎒✏️

As students head back to the classroom, we’re reflecting on the incredible community support that helped make this school year a little brighter for students across Alamance County.

For our 25th annual Classroom Collection Campaign, more than 25 local businesses and organizations hosted drop boxes or held supply drives, and countless individuals contributed as well. Because of your generosity, school supplies are now in the hands of ABSS school social workers, ready to be distributed to students with the greatest need.
