We would like to thank so many people for their out pouring of love , kindness and overwhelming generous help and donations in 2024. It was an extremely difficult year for many rescues and foundations because the need was great everywhere. Then we had the devastating hurricane in Western North Carolina that we all had to rush to get just the basic essentials there ASAP. Supplies came in from all over the US shipped to our organization thanks to Channel 2 and Channel 8 News. Thank you Brian Fredrickson and his daughter and team for flying trip after trip of our pet food and supplies along with all his other donations 2 to 3 trips a day every single day for several weeks. Thank you to Kathy Villanova for making truck trips back and forth collecting donated supplies and delivering them to the airport for me day after day.Thank you Sparkle Cat Rescue of Burlington for all of your help unpacking and packing up loads of amazon boxes being delivered daily, getting the word out about all of our needs for these misplaced and injurned animals. Thank you to the wonderful couples that volunteered to drive supplies to the mountains to deliver to Cajun 16 Mule Team and to the Forsyth County Humane Society that took over 50 dogs from the hurricane devastated areas.Huge Huge Huge Thank You to Everyone that sent and brought in supplies for weeks and weeks. My heart is so full . Sometimes I would just sit down and have myself a good happy cry and felt so humbled to see everyone come together for a great cause. I'm still working on all my thank you notes to everyone however so many donations came in with no names or gift cards to tell them thank you from the bottom of my heart.Thank you to the local businesses that helped and donated. We love ❤️ you. I would like to stress to everyone that we as rescues and foundations help each other.We all come together for the ❤️ of animals and give 100% and work tireless hours and function on donations Only. I would like to thank Ken Morrison from MVP Video and Promotions for creating and donating an amazing logo and fabulous new website. We are currently taking up supplies to help several small rescues that need our help with food and other supplies for livestock.On this first day of 2025 we need support more than ever so we can provide food to pets in our community and help other rescues provide much needed food, medical supplies and shelter.
