🏆 Today is National Sport Sampling Day! It’s a great reminder to encourage kids to try something new, get moving, and discover a sport they love. For athletes living with Type 1 Diabetes, T1D DOESN’T SIDELINE YOU. Exercise can change glucose needs, so having diabetes supplies and fast-acting carbs close by can help athletes stay prepared before, during, and after activity. Coaches, teammates, families, and friends can all make a difference by learning how to support someone with T1D.

An evening of exceptional bourbon in the heart of bourbon country — for a cause worth toasting. 🥃

Join T1D Warriors and CPMA at The Last Refuge on Monday, September 14th from 7:00–9:00 PM for a curated four-pour bourbon tasting, a bottle raffle, and a spread of appetizers, all in support of people living with Type 1 Diabetes.

The setting is part of the magic. Housed in a beautifully restored 1879 church in Louisville's NuLu district, The Last Refuge is a self-styled High Church of Bourbon — home to more than 1,200 bottles and an atmosphere you won't soon forget.

Tickets are $35 in advance ($40 at the door) and include two drinks, appetizers, and all four tastings.

Every ticket, raffle entry, and toast helps T1D Warriors empower people living with T1D through education, connection, and community.
