We are SO excited to announce that this summer, we want to give a boy and a girl the gift of an unforgettable week at Camp Korelitz with TWO full overnight camp scholarships! 💙

Camp Korelitz is an amazing place for kids with Type 1 Diabetes to enjoy traditional camp activities, build confidence in their care, and make lifelong friends who just get it. 🌲

🗓️ When: July 26 – July 31, 2026
👤 Who: T1D Warriors ages 9-17

Brain currently operating with 47 tabs open (and one of them is beeping). 🌐😅

Let’s be real, Warriors, managing Type 1 Diabetes requires a lot of mental real estate. Between playing the daily game of "Is it a low or did I just stand up too fast?", doing carb math on the fly, and negotiating with a stubborn sensor, our brains are getting quite the workout.

Since May is Mental Health Awareness Month, we just wanted to drop a quick reminder: feeling a little mentally crispy from "diabetes burnout" is a completely normal reaction to doing the job of a pancreas every single day.

If you're feeling tired of making 100+ extra micro-decisions a day, give yourself some grace this week. You're doing great! 💙

We are excited to announce the newest additions to the T1D Warriors team! 🔵🤝

This week, we officially welcomed our summer 2026 intern class: Edyn, Caden, Ethan, and James.

At T1D Warriors, we believe that empowering the next generation of advocates, creators, and leaders is vital to supporting the Type 1 Diabetes community. These four bring a wealth of talent and enthusiasm to our organization, and we are looking forward to the impact they will make over the coming months.

What an incredible day on the greens! ⛳️ A huge thank you to everyone who stopped by Hole 17 to see us at the 2nd Annual Riegler Blacktop Golf Classic benefiting Construction Angels. We had the best time being your Hydration Sponsor and cheering you all on! 💧

Massive congratulations to Kenny, the lucky winner of our FREE bourbon giveaway! 🥃

We also loved watching so many of you step up to our putting challenge using the "drunk goggles"! While it brought a lot of laughs, a reminder those goggles were actually there to simulate what a low blood sugar event can feel like: disorienting, dizzy, and difficult to focus. It was a great way to shed light on a very real, everyday challenge for those managing Type 1 Diabetes.

Because T1D impacts every part of daily life, including the sports we love, we are incredibly grateful for opportunities like this to raise awareness and connect with our community.
