👥🏋️‍♂️ Last week, our team visited the wonderful folks at Revival Recovery Athletics Wellness, or the Revival Foundation, who received a $2,000 Flex Fund grant in February to help stabilize operations, allowing them to focus their energy on recovery-centered activities.

Founded in August 2020, the Revival Foundation supports folks in addiction recovery through wraparound athletic and wellness resources, including weekly support groups and classes focused on physical fitness, nutrition, and spiritual health, as well as low- to no-cost memberships to the Hope City CrossFit gym through their Sweat Equity program.

As their website’s mantra, “You Belong Here,” reflects, the Revival Foundation has created a compassionate and supportive community that helps those they serve to connect, build healthy habits, and develop the life skills necessary to navigate recovery.

We’re incredibly proud to be able to support this important mission.

You can help the Revival Foundation continue carrying out its vital work by joining Hope City CrossFit or making a donation today! Use the link below to learn more!

A couple weeks ago, two of our own tackled the Viking Dash trail race in Greensboro! Sean placed third in his age group for the 5k and Hodge placed first overall female in the 10k! And Juliana managed somehow to walk the whole thing and not get an ounce of mud on her pants 😎 life long sustainable health and wellness goes beyond the 4 walls of a gym. And we encourage that! Help your brain respond to new or hard events by the way you train in and out of the building 💪🏾🙌🏾

Three men.
Three stories.
One decision — made again and again — to fight for freedom.

At The Farm at Living Free, men step into a residential addiction recovery program built on evidence-based practices, structure, and brotherhood.

This is where chains break.
This is where clarity returns.
This is where hope is rebuilt.

If addiction has taken control, there is another way.

Freedom is possible.
Hope. Lives. Here. 🤍

If you or someone you know is ready to take the step toward freedom and hope, contact us! 📞 336-376-5066

Every Wednesday night at 630pm at we hold a support group meeting. We meet at a whiteboard, are coach led through a warm up and our hands usually end up on a bar or rig. But not the kind we have been familiar with. A barbell- with weights, that we move from the ground to the shoulders or above our heads. A rig, where we hang with grip strength that says I” didn’t come this far to drop now”. Old thoughts old enemies old demons don’t stand a chance here, because we are strengthening our bodies AND our minds. Storing in our memory bank a new kind of challenge, but one that’s giving LIFE and not robbing our souls of it. We sweat and breathe heavy, not because of the chemicals and toxins we just placed into our system, but because we are clearing them OUT of it. Of course it’s hard, but we are reminded why you’re worth the air you’re breathing. We debrief sprawled out on the couch, benches stands and the floor sharing what the week has brought us outside of the 4 walls surrounding us. We get to hear about wins, sightings, losses and defeats. We can provide some feedback, or give you the space to weep it all out. There’s no ugly, just raw realness. Find your new power in Vulnerability and break the cycle of shame by joining us on Wednesday nights!
We also have a Sweat Equity program that opens up the daily CrossFit classes to participants that want to take another step in transforming their lives to wellness they didn’t know possible.
Turn a monthly challenge into a lifestyle.
We got you.
