HOLIDAY BREAKFAST OATMEAL
1/3 cup of old fashioned oats
1 dash of clove powder
2-3 dashes of cinnamon powder
Slice of ginger root
Sea salt or pink Himalayan salt to taste
Maple syrup, agave or honey to taste
2/3 cups of water
Place all ingredients in a blender and blend. Cook per old fashioned oats instructions and serve topped with raisins or other fruit of choice. Alternatively, the night before, blend above ingredients, place in a small bowl, cover and let sit overnight for a ready-to-go breakfast. Happy Holidays!
