Southeastern Chapter of Carolina Nurses League. Inc. is a support group for the nursing profession.

Mission
To foster relationships with nurses in all specialties and education levels in North Carolina and beyond. SECCNL will empower and support nurses while working in the profession and in retirement and recognize nurses for all they do in the care of others. The League will provide financial assistance to those who have been called to the field of nursing through scholarships. The League will provide community support and outreach with a focus on health, wellness, and preventive care. Vision
The league was created by nurses for nurses to ensure the profession is acknowledged and recognized, and to partner with community leaders to help advance the profession. SECCNL will work closely with the founding chapter in Greensboro to ensure the mission and vision remain within their guidelines.

📢 MEDICARE INFORMATION & EDUCATION EVENT! 📢

With Medicare Open Enrollment upon us, it has come to our attention that many Americans may not have accurate or complete information about Medicare Advantage plans, the benefits they offer, and the coverage available to them.

To help address this need, the Southeastern Chapter of the Carolina Nurse League has partnered with Ms. Sa'Vonna Rochelle, Medical Billing and Coding Expert, and Mr. Demond Devane, Independent Insurance Agent, to provide an educational space where individuals can ask questions, gain clarity, and learn more about Medicare plans and their coverage options.

Throughout her career, Sa’Vonna has developed extensive expertise in healthcare operations, revenue cycle management, compliance, credentialing, payer enrollment, practice development, and staff training. Through Sa’Vonna Rochelle & Co., she works alongside physicians, nurse practitioners, administrators, and clinical teams to strengthen medical practices from the inside out.

Known for her hands-on approach and commitment to problem-solving, Sa’Vonna helps practices navigate complex billing and payer issues, improve workflows, address operational challenges, and develop systems that better support both healthcare providers and the patients they serve.

Sa’Vonna understands that some of the most important work in healthcare happens behind the scenes. She takes great pride in being a dependable resource and advocate for healthcare professionals, stepping in wherever she is needed to help practices overcome challenges and continue moving forward.
