Not a singular, serially amended federal constitution 🇺🇸 ...
{for that 'Semiquin' you'll have to wait til September 17, 2037 ... if you reckon by signing, rather than ratification anyhow}.
.. But tomorrow night, you can learn about the evolution of Virginia's own evolving series of State Constitutions.
7️⃣ of them, officially ... with due props and deserving civic pride if you can name the dates of them all ... without looking at the bottom for the answers! ⚡⚡⚡

Meaningfully, tomorrow's event offers you the personal opportunity to hear about the legal distinctions and significance of our state's foundational document, from the eminent civic official and legal scholar, A.E. Dick Howard, still a vital Virginian voice at age 93.
🎖️Among his many other accomplishments and trusted public service: while still in his 30s, Howard served as executive director of the commission that wrote Virginia's newest Constitution in 1971, and then directed the successful referendum campaign for its ratification.
