What an incredible Fourth of July celebration! 🇺🇸✨ Thank you to everyone who came out to celebrate, decorate, volunteer, participate in the parade, support our vendors, and spend the evening with friends and neighbors. It was a wonderful reminder of what makes our community so special.

After the parade, make your way to the green space at the yacht club & marina, park your golf cart, and join the celebration!

Enjoy a fantastic selection of local food trucks serving something for everyone. We’ll come together to honor our veterans during a special Quilts of Valor presentation before celebrating our nation’s independence.

As the sun sets, the evening will conclude with a spectacular fireworks display lighting up the Oak Grove Island sky. 🇺🇸🎆

🇺🇸🎆 Thinking caps on, Oak Grove Island! It’s time to show off your patriotic spirit and make this year’s Independence Day Parade one to remember. Decorate your golf cart, classic or exotic car, motorcycle, or anything that celebrates the red, white, and blue. Parade registration begins at 4:30 PM, and the parade officially rolls out at 5:00 PM. Let’s come together as a community, create unforgettable memories, and light up Oak Grove Island with pride. 🇺🇸 Quilts of Valor is now accepting applications! 🇺🇸

As part of Oak Grove Island's Annual Fourth of July Celebration, we are honored to recognize deserving service members and veterans through the Quilts of Valor program.

The Quilts of Valor Foundation awards handmade quilts to veterans and service members who have been touched by war, as a symbol of comfort, healing, gratitude, and appreciation for their service and sacrifice.

⭐ Recipients will be recognized during our Annual Independence Day Celebration.
⭐ Applications can be downloaded at qovf.org.
⭐ Completed applications may be emailed to [email protected].
⭐ Need assistance obtaining an application? Email us and we'll be happy to help.
