Seven years. Hundreds of students. One shared commitment to helping young people discover what’s possible.
For the past 7 years, Wayfinders and Elevate Indianapolis have partnered to help students discover their stories, recognize their strengths, explore career pathways, and take meaningful steps toward their future.
What began with Wayfinders facilitating workshops directly with students has grown into something much bigger—Life Mapping U experiences, Teacher-Mentor training, support for Pathways to Purpose, career discovery events, and ongoing collaboration designed to equip both students and the adults walking alongside them.
Through the years, hundreds of Elevate Indy students have been served, but the heart of the partnership has remained the same: helping young people better understand who they are, what they bring, and where they might go next.
And we’re not finished.
We’re excited to continue our partnership with Elevate Indianapolis throughout the 2026–2027 school year, building on seven years of trust, collaboration, and shared impact.
Here’s to the students we’ve had the privilege to serve, the Teacher-Mentors who invest in them every day, and all that’s still ahead.
7 years of partnership. Hundreds of students served. And more purpose waiting to be activated.
