April has been a full and meaningful month for our team at Wayfinders. 🌱✨

This month included:
• Gathering with our Impact Studio Cohort to walk through our Rule of Life, Habit Tracker, and Design for Good Workbook—continuing to equip leaders to launch and grow impactful initiatives 📘🛠️

• Installing new garden boxes built by our friends at Good Soil and planted by Carolyn—bringing more life and beauty to our community hub 🌿🪴🌼

• Craig and James making great progress renovating our garage into a future art and prayer space 🎨🙏🔨

• Leading our Impact Identity Workshop with leaders from across the state serving in apartment communities and grassroots ministry settings 🏙️🤝🔥

• Refreshing the setup of our podcast studio to better create conversations and content that inspire and equip everyday leaders 🎙️🎧💡

Grateful for the people, partnerships, and progress happening all around us this spring 🌸🙌

We’ve had the privilege of seeing something special take root through our Fall 2025 Wayfinders Impact Studio cohort.

Our friend Tom Langebartels launched Good Soil—a business built on more than just great craftsmanship. Their mission is to empower refugees by creating meaningful work opportunities that honor the skills they already carry while helping them grow new ones.

Recently, we partnered with Good Soil to build garden boxes at the Wayfinders Community Hub, and the result was outstanding. The quality, care, and attention to detail were evident in every piece.

But what makes Good Soil truly stand out isn’t just the work—it’s the impact behind it.

If you’re looking for excellent craftsmanship that also contributes to something bigger, I can’t recommend them highly enough.

Pickleball for a Purpose — Event Recap

What a blast! 🎉 Our Double Elimination Pickleball for a Purpose Tournament brought the fun, the competition, and just the right amount of chaos 😄🔥. The bonus match chips—calling in a “pro” 🏆 or forcing opponents to play with their weak hand 🤚—kept things light-hearted, unpredictable, and full of laughs all day long 😂.

Our local Wayfinders Impact Studio Cohort crushed it on their pitches as they build grassroots organizations to make significant impact in the Indy area!

Most importantly, THANK YOU 🙌 to every participant who showed up, played hard, and helped us raise funds to continue the work of Wayfinders ❤️. Your support helps us keep unleashing purpose and multiplying impact in our community 🌱✨.
