Looking for a little neighborly help…we have an elderly neighbor on SS who is having a raccoon problem..

Is there anyone willing and able to help?

They seem to have made their way into the attic.

As warmer months approach please remember per the Sugar Bush Farms covenants and the Town of Brownsburg

SBF covenants section E
* Vehicle Parking: No camper, motorhome, inoperative vehicle, truck, trailer, boat or recreational vehicle of any kind may be stored in open view on any Lot in the Development for more than seventy-two (72) hours.

Town of Brownsburg, IN ordinance
In Brownsburg, Indiana, it is illegal to park or store trailers, boats, recreational vehicles (RVs), and motorhomes on any street or alleyway, except for the limited purpose of loading or unloading.
These vehicles must be stored on a paved surface at the side or rear of the home, not extending past the front facade, and should not be used as living quarters, says the Brownsburg FAQS.

Summary
•No street parking is allowed per the town for trailers, boats, and motorhomes and only 72 hours are permitted in driveways per the covenants•

Hi neighbors! Just a friendly reminder to please pick up after your pets when they do their business and dispose of it properly. The Sugar Bush Farms Annual HOA dues notices ($185) were mailed to all homeowners at the beginning of the year and due on February 1, 2026. A grace period is offered until 3/1 and then a $10 late fee will apply.

The annual meeting for the Sugar Bush Farms Property Owners Association is scheduled for tomorrow Thursday, February 26th at the Brownsburg Public Library in the Murdock Room at 6pm.
