The Family Connection Inc. We empower foster youth who are stepping into adulthood. The Family Connection is a 501(c)(3) organization based in Lafayette, Louisiana.

The Family Connection Inc. has a new treasurer. Meet Krystle Green, CPA

Krystle Green is a Certified Public Accountant with over 15 years of experience. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Accounting with a minor in Management from the University of New Orleans. Later, she obtained her MBA from Belmont University in Nashville, TN.

Most of her career was spent in the gaming industry, but her latest experience has moved her into the SaaS world. Krystle specializes in customer service, process improvement and implementation, month-end close, and revenue recognition.

Krystle enjoys building relationships and uses her positive attitude to encourage others and bring people together. She believes that a strong work ethic and integrity are paramount to establishing oneself, both personally and professionally. In her free time, Krystle enjoys game nights with friends, listening to live music, trying new restaurants, and international travel.

Meet our new Administrative Volunteer, Camille Suire: Camille is a dedicated and detail-oriented administrative professional with a diverse background in healthcare support, office coordination, and client care. With an Associate of Applied Science in Business Office Administration from South Louisiana Community College and a Bachelor of Arts in Speech Pathology and Audiology, she brings both strong organizational skills and a compassionate, people-centered approach to her work.

Throughout her career, Camille has gained extensive experience in medical office operations, billing and coding, and patient coordination. She has worked in roles such as Home Health and Hospice Biller & Coder, Practice Coordinator, and Receptionist, where she consistently demonstrated strong attention to detail, accuracy in claims processing, and effective communication with patients, providers, and team members. Her ability to navigate systems such as Medicare DDE, Waystar, and various office software platforms highlights her adaptability and technical proficiency.

In addition to her administrative expertise, Camille has hands-on experience as a caregiver, supporting individuals with daily living activities while providing compassionate, personalized care. This role further strengthened her problem-solving abilities, patience, and commitment to improving quality of life for others.

Known for her reliability, professionalism, and strong customer service skills, Camille thrives in environments that require organization, multitasking, and meaningful human connection. Her previous volunteer experience as a Clerical Aid with AAA Hospice reflects her ongoing commitment to serving others and supporting her community.
