On Day 5 of Staff Appreciation Week in true Farmers Market Style we celebrated with some delicious foods!! 🍩 A sweet surprise from Savannah Lowery & the Bui Family! Thank you for delivering several boxes of delicious soft donuts & kolaches to help make our staff feel extra appreciated today! 💛 A deli-cious lunch was delivered from Jason’s Deli for a staff that deserves the best! 🥪 Thank you to all of our volunteers, families & community for an incredible week. We appreciate all of the partnership, time and dedication you have given to Martial Billeaud Elementary this week.

Day 4 of staff appreciation began with the sweetest donation of potted plants and seed packets from our Garden Club - a huge shout out to Mrs. Kessler Rawls Landry and Mrs. Collins for helping the students create such a wonderful gift!
Our staff then enjoyed Great Harvest Bread Co. treats for breakfast, as well as fried fish, chicken tenders and shrimp fried rice from Hot Food Express, and empanadas from Empanada Guy Lafayette.

We ended the day with freshly picked raffle winners: Mr. Brian, Cali Moreau Hackett, Erin Higley Manolakakis, Tiffany Zehnder Vanderlick, Caroline Gary and Mr. Brett Babineaux. Our teachers were also paid a surprise visit with flower bouquets donated from Albertsons in Broussard.

We kicked off Day 3 of Staff Appreciation Week in true Farmers Market Style! Our day started off on a sweet note thanks to Ton's Drive In for delivering fluffy beignets for breakfast. Lunch was spiced to perfection thanks to Fremin's Grocery and their amazing jambalaya! 🌶️ Staff came hungry and left happy!!
