Abby V is coming to Colorado. If you have had “Brahmakalasha” from Kantara: Chapter 1 on repeat, this is the voice. If you fell for “Neelorpam” from Indian 2, same voice. Both won him Best Playback Singer honors this year.

Behind the film hits is a classical foundation most singers only dream of. Trained under Ranjani-Gayatri in Carnatic music, fluent in Hindustani too, and Juno-nominated for his album Aarambh with three-time Grammy winner Ricky Kej. His sets move from raga and tala to film favorites and originals in Tamil, Hindi, Kannada, Telugu, Malayalam, and English without missing a beat.

The viral video reached millions. Parsons Theatre seats a few hundred. Do the math.

🌊 The New York Times named her work one of the Top Ten Dances of 2018. This September, she dances in Broomfield.

Odissi dancer Arushi Mudgal brings Athaah to Colorado, one stop on her company’s 2026 USA tour.

Athaah means fathomless. The idea: Indian classical arts run as deep as the ocean, and there is always more room to create inside them. This is the traditional Odissi repertoire reimagined, stretched toward new possibilities while staying rooted in the temple floors of Odisha where the form was born.

Alastair Macaulay, then Chief Dance Critic of the New York Times, wrote after seeing her in New York: “I was amazed by how fully she seemed one of India’s most remarkable dancers.”

In 2008, Pina Bausch invited Arushi to the Internationales Tanz Festival in Germany. She was the only artist from India on the bill.

She trained under Guru Madhavi Mudgal, holds the Ustad Bismillah Khan Yuva Puraskar, and was named a “Game Changer of India” by India Today.

🪈 Flute J.A. Jayant is coming to Colorado, and he wanted to say hello first.

Grandson of the great T.S. Sankaran and torchbearer of the Flute Mali school, Jayant played his first Ragam Tanam Pallavi (the most demanding form in Carnatic music) at age 7. Since then: 2,000+ concerts, 25+ countries, and seven Best Instrumentalist awards from the Madras Music Academy.

He is known for a gayaki (voice-like) style that makes bamboo sing, and for the 106 cm double bass flute he introduced to Carnatic music.
Low, warm, and unlike anything you have heard from a flute.

🎙️ 11 cities across America. One of them is ours. And it happens tomorrow.

Vidwan Kalyanapuram S Aravind is midway through his Summer USA Tour, and Colorado is stop number three. He brings Sangeetha Kathamrutham, an experience his own team describes in three words:

Reconnect. Reflect. Rediscover.

Here’s what makes it different from a standard kutcheri (classical concert). Aravind doesn’t just sing. He tells. Ramayana, Mahabharata, the glories of Lord Srinivasa, woven through raga and rhythm, with philosophy and humor threaded between. Harikatha is the original multimedia art form, and this one is built for the whole family, from lifelong rasikas to kids hearing these stories for the first time.
Then look at the stage. No violin. No mridangam. Instead, Vidwan S Venkat Raman on harmonium and Vidwan S Krishna on ghatam (clay pot drum). A rare pairing that changes how the whole concert breathes.
Aravind started training at four and has spent over 25 years under Padma Bhushan Madurai Sri T.N. Seshagopalan. Listen for his viruthams (unmetered verse), where the story and the raga become the same thing. 🎶

Sankaran, has spent a lifetime perfecting the ‘gayaki’ style (vocal-like phrasing) — where the flute stops sounding like an instrument and starts sounding like a human voice. He’s also the first Carnatic flautist to play the 106cm double-bass bansuri, an instrument you don’t just hear… you feel it.
