Have you visited Enchanted Forest Water Safari? If not, put it on your list for this summer. If you’ve already visited, go again!

Yes, they do have a coaster there. And the park has a fun mix of classic rides, an extensive selection of water rides, and a whole lot of history!

What do you think… should we do an event there next summer?

Heartbreaking news from Knoebels Amusement Resort today. Dick Knoebel had a phenomenal positive impact throughout the amusement park industry.

Did you know that a number of years ago, Knoebels purchased the Lusse Auto Skooters that used to reside at Hoffman’s Playland here in New York? Through that purchase, Dick Knoebel ensured that these rare treasures would be well-loved, frequently ridden, and impeccably cared for.

The next time you are at Knoebels, perhaps you can find one of those Skooters, whisper a prayer or take a moment to quietly reflect, then enjoy a ride in Dick Knoebel’s honor. It would be a fitting tribute to a fantastic person.

Our deepest condolences to his family and friends.

250 Years! We hope you are celebrating this weekend.

One of the best ways to celebrate... go ride a coaster. Perhaps even an ACE Landmark or a Centennial Coaster.

Happy Independence Day!

Check out this post from a few days ago!

Today, we celebrate an important part of Great Escape history.

What began in 1954 as Storytown USA, founded by Charles R. Wood, grew into a place filled with memories for generations of families. This year, it was especially meaningful to welcome members of his family back to the park, including his daughter, son-in-law, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.

During their visit, they experienced The Comet and The Bobcat, connecting the park’s legacy with the excitement of today.

As we mark this anniversary, we are proud to honor the vision that started it all and the family legacy that remains part of Great Escape’s story.

We are so lucky to have Six Flags Great Escape Lodge & Indoor Waterpark in our region, and it was fantastic to see our members enjoying this historic park! Can’t wait to see what’s in store for the park in the years to come!
