Assalomu alaykum va rahmatullohi va barakatuh.
Ushbu darsimiz buyuk olim Ibn al-Jawziy rahimahullohning "Talbis Iblis" (Iblisning hiylalari) asari asosidagi "Shaytanat" turkum suhbatlarining davmidir.
Bu qismda shaytonning eng yashirin va xavfli makrlaridan biri — faqihlar, muftiylar va tolibi ilmlarni qanday qilib fatvo hamda ixtiloflar orqali yo'ldan ozdirishi haqida so'z boradi. Dars davomida mazhabiy taassub (fanatizm) illati, sahih hadis turganda shaxsiy qiyosga yopishib olish xavfi hamda dindan asl maqsad qolib, quruq qonun-qoidalar ortidan qalblarning qotib ketishi kabi dolzarb muammolar salaflar hayotidan hayotiy misollar bilan tushuntirilgan. Videoda quyidagi muhim mavzular yoritildi:Faqihlarning aldanishi:
Olimlarning oyat-hadis dalillarini chuqur o'rganmay, faqat tayyor fatvo kitoblariga suyanib qolishi. Mazhabiy taassub: "Sen Abu Hanifa yoki Shofiydan olimroqsanmi?" deb, ochiq-oydin sahih dalillarni rad etish illati. Jadal va behuda munozara: Haqiqatni topish uchun emas, balki bahsda g'olib bo'lish va obro' orttirish uchun aqliy logikaga berilish. Qalblarning qotishi: Faqat ixtilofli masalalarni takrorlayverib, qalbni yumshatuvchi va'zlar, siyrat va sahobalar hayotini tark etish oqibati. Buyuk imomlar odobi: Imom Molik va Imom Shofiyning haqiqat qarshisida o'z so'zlaridan qayta olganliklari va bag'rikengliklari. Zamon va fatvo: Bundan 1200 yil oldingi o'ziga xos fatvolarni bugungi kun voqeoligiga (masalan, G'arb banklaridagi ribo masalasiga) noto'g'ri yopishtirish muammosi.
