🚨BREAKING: Coptic Christian apologist Dr. Augustinos Samaan reportedly faces severe abuse and a five-year sentence of hard labor in an Egyptian prison!

Dr. Augustinos Samaan, a prominent Egyptian Coptic Christian preacher and religious scholar known for his YouTube ministry comparing faiths, was taken into custody without warning at 1:30 a.m.

According to reports from human rights advocates, Dr. Samaan was subjected to brutal prison conditions, including torture, cigarette burns, severe neglect, and starvation behind closed doors while authorities pressured him to renounce his faith.

For his Christian outreach and public ministry, Egyptian courts sentenced Dr. Samaan to five years of hard labor, leading to international outcry from human rights organizations monitoring Coptic Christian persecution in the region.

Tragically, just three months into his imprisonment, his beloved mother passed away from grief and medical complications—with authorities denying Dr. Samaan the chance to attend her funeral or lay her to rest.

With Egyptian courts recently rejecting his first legal appeal, Christians and human rights advocates around the world are raising their voices to demand accountability, justice, and his immediate release!

Please keep him and his family in your prayers🙏🏽❤️

Freedom begins with awareness. 💙

Traffickers prey on vulnerability, deception, and silence. The more we recognize the risks and educate our communities, the harder it becomes for exploitation to hide.

Be aware. Be informed. Be a voice for freedom.

🇺🇸 NEVER FORGET — 25 YEARS LATER 🇺🇸

Today, 1040 Impact pauses to remember September 11, 2001 — 25 years since a day that forever changed America and touched the entire world.

Nearly 3,000 lives were lost that day. Behind every number was a person — a mother, father, son, daughter, spouse, friend, coworker, or loved one.

We honor the first responders who ran toward danger. 🚒🚑🚓
We remember the families who have carried the weight of loss for 25 years. ❤️
And we remember the courage, compassion, sacrifice, and unity that emerged in the days that followed.

At 1040 Impact, our mission takes us around the world serving vulnerable children and families. Today, however, our hearts turn toward America as we remember those whose lives were taken far too soon.

May we never forget the value of every human life.

May we never take our loved ones for granted.

And may we continue to be people who bring hope into darkness, love into brokenness, and help to those who need it most.

🙏 We pray for the families who still carry the memories and loss of that day.

🇺🇸 25 years later, we remember. We honor. We will never forget.

Thank you to all of our generous supporters donors, prayer, warriors, and power team members. You’re helping us make an impact all over Asia.

This from one of our underground pastors were the persecuted church lives and thrives

“Brother I just want you to know how much your monthly support means to these families.

At the beginning of each month when I take them food or help them with their rent you cannot imagine the joy on their faces.
Many of them simply bow their heads and pray for you and your family with tears and grateful hearts
They may not have much to give back but they remember you before God.
I truly believe the Lord has placed this ministry on your heart for a reason and He sees every act of kindness you do.

May God richly bless you and your family and may He return to you in ways far greater than anything you have given.

You are remembered in the prayers of many families here and I believe God is listening 🙏🏻❤️

A missionary reports that a recent gathering of Mideast Christian broadcasters revealed there are now more than 5 million converts to Christianity in Iran... and many more have been turning to Jesus this year.

"Every time there's a war, there's a great movement toward Christ," Georges Houssney said. "People become disillusioned with the world and with religion that causes war. Khamenei in Iran and Bin Laden – those two made a huge difference for the gospel because they gave false hope. ... And so they are flocking into the Kingdom through Jesus Christ."

He has also observed that many who leave Islam for Christianity encounter Jesus through dreams or visions...
