This spring, MassHire Greater Brockton Workforce Board is opening doors for young adults ready to step into something bigger.

We are offering multiple paid training programs designed to build real skills, real experience, and real direction:

• Aerial Lift Training – get hands on, earn OSHA 10 certification, and train for worksite safety
• Medical Assistant Training – 24 week program with classroom, labs, and externship placement
• Banker’s Academy – learn banking fundamentals and step into a professional career path
• Artificial Intelligence Training – build AI and business skills tied to today’s workforce
• Money Smart Finance Program – learn bookkeeping, payroll, and financial tools that apply anywhere

All programs are open to young adults ages 18–25. Some include paid training, industry certifications, and direct pathways into employment.
