💻 Consult Espinal, founded by Belle Espinal, MBA, MA, CCSP, is dedicated to empowering women of color through economic development. Belle and her team created the Sisters of Economic Action. 🏠 A Second Home For You, founded by Gregory Jones, is a non-profit that provides transitional housing and life skills training for young men aging out of the foster care system. Gregory’s mission to provide "A Second Home" is changing the trajectory of lives across our region.

Each year, we embark on a journey to find four exceptional individuals who embody the trifecta of academic talent, relentless work ethic, and a heart for service.

Among these four remarkable finalists, one student earned BBB's Students of Integrity top scholarship.

We are honored to announce that Margot Copeland has been named the recipient of the 2026 Cary Root Champion of Integrity Award! 🏆

This prestigious award recognizes leaders who exemplify a lifelong commitment to ethical business practices and profound community leadership.

From her transformative work as a former Executive Vice President and Chief Diversity Officer at KeyBank, Copeland integrated inclusion into core operations, securing the Diversity Inc. Top 50 honors eight times. She's also provided strategic leadership on the boards of Cleveland Foundation and The Cleveland Orchestra. Throughout her career as a change agent, she has managed over $800 million in philanthropic initiatives, generating a total community impact exceeding $2 billion.
