Mom’s Strength & Stretch 💪🩷

Mom’s Strength & Stretch is a workout made for real life. Bring your baby, your tired muscles, and whatever kind of day you’re having!

This 4-week workshop combines strength training and feel-good stretching to help you build strength, release tension, and ease some of the aches and stiffness that can come from carrying your baby all day.

Come as you are, meet other moms, and take a little time for yourself. No need to find childcare or have everything together. Babies are welcome, distractions are expected, and there’s no judgment when you need to pause.

Strollers, baby carriers, and blankets/mats are welcome!

The class will be led by McKenzie, a new mom and personal trainer, who understands firsthand the demands of caring for a little one.

You don’t have to wait until you feel ready. Just come as you are and take some time for YOU!
