We took a RIPTA ride from CFP to the Senior Center - we all signed up and had a blast doing it. FlexOnDemand will take you anywhere on Aquidneck Island for $2 one way. Do you know people who could desperately use this service? I do! It's easy - download the app or call for a ride.

🔥🌞 Mother Nature wins this round… 🌞🔥

CFP Zumba Family,

Tonight’s 6:00 p.m. class is canceled.
Our community hall gets blasted by the afternoon sun, and by class time it turns into a giant sauna. 🥵 As much as I would love to dance with you, your safety comes first, and I don’t want anyone working out in those conditions.

The good news? We’ll make up for it!

🇺🇸 Saturday at 9:00 a.m. — Our 4th of July Team Class Celebration! We’ll be adding a few extra songs to keep the party going and celebrate Independence Day together! ❤️🤍💙

Friends, I need to cancel Zumba tonight.

My little one, Clio, has been battling a high fever. Right now, she needs her mama, and that’s exactly where I need to be.
