Due to the amazing weather in the area, we will extend pickup till 6:30.
If you ordered a pork butt or ribs, your orders are ready for pickup.
The hams are on the smoker but we have to push through to meet our time lines, but we humbly ask that if you got a ham to come after 4:30 to allow the magic to work!

Please bring a towel, cooler, or bin to transport the orders home in!

The pork butts are ON!!! Started at 4am with the first batch of 34 butts seasoned with Heath Riles BBQ. We had a total of 53 butts getting cooked today, 93 racks of ribs, and 63 hams!!! Thank you to all of our sponsors for this past year of competition and fun times! We will see everyone who ordered from us on Saturday from 2-5pm!

Brighton High School Boys competed in the TSSAA Section 4 State Qualifiers at Millington and are proud to say both Jacob Walker and Gabriel “Paddy” Pullen placed 3rd. They are moving on to the State Tournament in Franklin on Friday. Jacob avenged an early loss this morning to Montgomery Central by winning his way to the 3rd/4th place match where he beat the Montgomery Central wrestler he lost to just 4 hours earlier. Gabriel Pullen started the day off strong with a win advancing him to the semifinals where he fell to Montgomery Central. Gabriel won his way to the 3rd/4th place match where he avenged a regular season and Regional Championship loss from Millington’s Lee Millington. Gabriel pinned his opponent in the second period marking the end of the tournament for Brighton and a great start to the last week of season for BHS wrestling. We are extremely proud of all our athletes this season and cannot wait for the off season to continue growing and developing to add to these numbers next season.

Joyner Heat and Air came in clutch with a last second request before school is out for Winter Break. They sent out a true professional who was able to diagnose and fix a problem with one of the heaters in the gym. He climbed up there and got it working and now we have what we need to manage the facility. These heaters have probably been around since the coaches were born and have not been running in a while. On behalf of the student athletes who manage their weight, THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!! You are amazing people who really do care and support the community!

Joyner Heat and Air came out to the practice facility today on a last minute call to get our heat working again. “Little Mike” came, checked out the extremely old unit and found the issue right away. When I say found the issue, he didn’t mess around. He cleaned and it, reattached parts that were disconnected and got it running in no time. He was a true professional even with kids and music playing in the background. Heat has been restored and the kids felt it right away. Thank you so much to “Little Mike”, Mike Joyner, and Joyner Heat and Air for coming out and committing time and resource to help our program get and stay ready during these frigid times. You all are live savers!
