Today's rapidly changing health care policy will result in a large increase in the number of people requiring case management services. This, combined with a decrease in the number of professionals entering case management, presents a challenge for the case management industry. This situation will demand an educated, informed case management base with an increased value perception and visibility t

o attract caregivers to the profession. The Case Management Society of America Foundation (CMSAF) is a charitable organization created to support education, research and professional development for case management professionals. CMSAF Partners with its generous donors to fund professional development as well as innovative projects and programs that contribute to the case management field and the people it serves.

Since joining the CMSA Foundation Board in 2021, Kathy has been a passionate advocate for advancing case management through leadership, service, and philanthropy. In addition to serving on several Foundation committees, she has been a dedicated Friend of the Foundation monthly donor since 2021 and consistently promotes the Foundation’s mission within her local CMSA chapters.
