Meet JTF Ambassador Sarah! 🥋🏃‍♀️🎶

Black belt. Cross country runner. Trombone player. And somehow, Sarah still finds time for plenty more.

She’s been practicing karate since she was 5, earning her first degree black belt and now helping younger students prepare for their own testing. At school, you’ll find her running cross country or playing trombone, with hopes of joining the marching band.

Sarah also loves taking on new adventures, from waterskiing and hiking to ropes courses and rock climbing. Her outgoing personality, quick wit and willingness to try just about anything make her such a fun addition to our JTF Ambassador crew.

Keep doing it all, Sarah. We’re cheering you on!

Meet Carina, a new member of the JTF family! 🧡

At 6 years old, Carina is always on the move. Whether she's running, jumping, climbing or practicing jiu-jitsu, she loves staying active and trying new things.

Born with spina bifida, Carina underwent several surgeries before having her left foot amputated. After more than two years of searching for an activity prosthesis, Carina and her family connected with JTF, and she recently received her very first running blade!

Now, Carina has even more opportunities to do what she loves and keep up with her peers. We're so excited to welcome her to the JTF family and see where her new running blade takes her!

Our Annual Golf Tournament at The Club at Olde Stone in Bowling Green was one to remember! ⛳️🧡

It means so much to see this community show up year after year in support of the kids and families we serve. To every golfer, sponsor, volunteer and supporter who played a part in making this year's tournament possible, thank you for helping us continue to make a difference in the lives of kids who need prosthetics.

We're grateful for another memorable year and can't wait to do it again!

Meet JTF Ambassador Owen! ⛳️

Whether he’s playing on one of his two basketball teams or hitting the golf course with his dad and brother, Owen is always up for some friendly competition. With an activity limb from JTF, he’s been able to take his golf game to a whole new level!

And his impact goes beyond the court and course. During last year’s Limb Loss Awareness Month fundraiser, Owen and his family raised more than $13,000 for JTF, earning the top fundraising spot among JTF Families.

From showing up for the sports he loves to showing up for other kids with limb loss, Owen brings so much to our Ambassador crew. We’re excited to have him helping us move our mission forward!

Keeping up with your friends shouldn’t be out of reach.

For kids with limb loss, the right prosthesis can mean more than mobility. It can mean running at recess, joining the game, trying a new sport and simply getting to do what the other kids are doing.

That’s the kind of access we’re here to provide. Because every kid deserves the chance to keep up, join in and just be a kid. 🤍
