Clinton Manor Living Center will be collecting spare change at the New Baden intersection (Route 160 & Route 161) from 8-10 AM and 3-5 PM this Friday, June 5th to support the Community Link Buddy Walk. We appreciate your change if you are able to pass by!

Families, we urge you to take this opportunity to check out the Family and Patient Advisory Council at HSHS in Breese on June 4th and help advocate for our participants. We would love to be able to have them hear your voice on what matters regarding the care they receive.

Your experience matters and it can help improve care for others. 💙

We’re launching a new Family and Patient Advisory Council and inviting patients, families and community members to get involved. Join us for an informational breakfast to learn more about this opportunity to partner with our care teams and share your insights.

Join us on June 4 at 9 to 10:30 a.m. in the Heritage Room at the hospital. Breakfast is included.

PFAC members will provide valuable input on hospital programs and the overall patient experience.
