Clinton County Farm Bureau will be offering Fresh Citrus and premium nuts for our members. You can rest assured that the quality of your product is second to none. Our Grapefruit comes fresh from Florida and Navels and Clementine’s fresh from California.

Fruit and Nut orders need to placed and pre-paid by November 25, 2026.

Pick up is scheduled be at the Clinton County Farm Bureau office (1165 N 4th St., Breese, IL) on December 16 (exact details for pickup will be given once we receive confirmation closer to the date).

Today, we celebrate our 2027 Illinois Ag in the Classroom Teacher of the Year, Mrs. Sandra Jansen of Breese Elementary School! 🎉

Mrs. Jansen is dedicated to inspiring and engaging students in her classroom and throughout the district by expanding their knowledge and understanding of agriculture.

She will be formally recognized at the Illinois Farm Bureau Annual Meeting this December in Chicago and will represent Illinois as its nominee for the USDA National Agriculture in the Classroom Teacher Award.

The Clinton County Farm Bureau Foundation recently awarded $5,000 in veterinary scholarships to two area students for the 2026–2027 school year.

Morgan Berndsen, a $2,000 scholarship recipient, is pursuing a degree in veterinary medicine at Southeast Missouri State University. Carly Etter, a $3,000 scholarship recipient, is enrolled at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign College of Veterinary Medicine, pursuing dual degrees in veterinary medicine and public health.

🌱 Applications are OPEN for the 2027 Creator Cultivation Series!

Are you an Illinois Farm Bureau member, 18+, who wants to grow your social media presence and share the story of Illinois agriculture with non-ag audiences? This year-long series is designed to help participants strengthen their skills in personal branding, photography, videography, editing, social media strategy and more.

The 2027 cohort will include 10 participants, with six in-person and two virtual sessions throughout the year. The first meeting is January 22, 2027, in Bloomington.

📢 Selected participants will be notified by January 7, 2027.
