It's an hour meeting we are all about Community creating fun ways to engage others, and giving back.

Looking for a fun group to join? Come and check out the Breakfast Club! We meet monthly on the Third Tuesday between 7 and 8 am. We are a group of busy people who love our community. There are ways to help out in both small and big ways - no pressure - no over commitment.
We meet this Tuesday, the 20th at Baia Della in Baxter - come and see what we are about!

The Brainerd Lakes Area Lions Breakfast Club had the honor of hosting the Let's Make A Deal game at the Mid-Winter Convention at Cragun's Resort on Gull Lake this weekend for the District 5M9 Lions.

Close to 300 attended this event and our group hosted the Friday evening entertainment from 8 - 9:30 pm.
We had a lot of fun and had a LOT of amazing prizes - from weekend resort stays, tickets to upcoming events, gift baskets, and gift cards from local businesses - and packages with values to $1000.
In the end, there were a lot of thank yous from attendees, and on Saturday evening our club was presented with one of two pins given away by Past President Brian Sheehan.

Hey all! When you are in Brainerd Baxter today bring the kids and popin for the Free Vision Screening event at Baia Della Prairie Bay Grill between 1 and 3:30 pm.
We will have Santa, Elves, fun things for the kids, and drawing for the adults! This is a free event hosted by the Brainerd Lakes Area Lions Breakfast Club in partnership with the Nisswa Lions Club.

The Brainerd Lakes Area Lions Breakfast Club had a chance to help out at The Outreach Program of Brainerd Lakes with bagging food this afternoon.
Such a fun and easy way to give back to our community and beyond.

We gave our first check yesterday afternoon to the Northland Arboretum. The Arb is doing such amazing things in our community.
If you haven't spent any time there you need to check it out.
The Arb offers incredible classes and experiences, amazing trails for walking snowshoeing and skiing, a kid's area including a fun program where kids can check out a napsack and explore... We could honestly go on and on.
Check it out for yourself and congratulations to the Arb for being the recipient of our first check of giving back.
