Utah Miss Amazing

Utah Miss Amazing provides opportunities for girls and women with disabilities to build confidence and self-esteem in a supportive environment.

Miss Amazing Inc. is a non-profit organization dedicated to raising self confidence in girls and young women with disabilities. The first Miss Amazing Pageant was held by Jordan Somer in 2007 in Omaha, Nebraska. Like the first event, the Miss Amazing Pageants are still dedicated to teaching life skills through the interview, introduction, evening wear, and optional talent competitions. The Miss Am

azing pageants also strive to nourish and support local community organizations also dedicated to helping people with disabilities. The division winners get a taste for community service as they give the proceeds from the pageant back to the community. Not only do the proceeds from the event go to the community, but also canned food items collected from the participants as their only participation fee. officially became a non-profit organization on September 6, 2011 and has now expanded to Arizona, California, Florida, Georgia, Hawaii, Illinois, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Missouri, Nebraska, New Jersey, North Carolina, Ohio, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, and West Virginia. The future is not only bright for the Miss Amazing pageants, but also for additional programs that are to be founded on the belief that people with disabilities CAN achieve and have every ABILITY to reach for their dreams.

Audrey, our 2026 Miss Representative, woke up bright and early to travel to Cedar City and help celebrate the incredible athletes competing at the Special Olympics Utah State Games!

She did an amazing job presenting medals, cheering on athletes, and congratulating each participant on their hard work and accomplishments. Her kindness, enthusiasm, and support helped make the experience even more special for so many athletes.

Thank you, Audrey, for taking the time to represent Utah Miss Amazing and for being such a wonderful ambassador of inclusion, encouragement, and community. We are so proud of you!

Today our Utah Miss Amazing representatives had the honor of assisting with the ANCOR graduation ceremony, and our hearts are so full! 💖 From celebrating accomplishments to building meaningful connections, it was such a special experience for everyone involved.

A huge thank you to ANCOR for inviting us, welcoming our queens so warmly, and supporting the mission of Utah Miss Amazing. We are grateful to stand alongside organizations that believe in empowering individuals of all abilities and creating opportunities for everyone to shine. 👑

Today was such a special day at the South Area Utah Special Olympics! ❤️🏅

We are so proud of Kaia and Ashlee for representing Utah Miss Amazing and showing what inclusion, courage, and community are all about.

Ashlee had the opportunity to help kick off the event by speaking in front of the athletes, families, and supporters, and she did an amazing job! ❤️

Kaia absolutely crushed it in her events today, winning GOLD in all three of her races — the 200 meter, 100 meter, and 50 meter! 🥇🥇🥇 We are beyond proud of her hard work, determination, and amazing attitude throughout the day.

After the events, Kaia and Ashlee also helped hand out awards and celebrate the accomplishments of fellow athletes.

We love seeing our representatives out in the community supporting others, building friendships, and spreading positivity everywhere they go. 💕✨

Meet Shelby Davenport — our amazing Jr. Teen Queen! 👑💖

Shelby is creative, funny, and incredibly talented. She loves expressing herself through acting, art, music, and writing, and she even plays both the piano and drums! 🎶✨

When she’s not creating songs or stories, Shelby enjoys reading, playing video games, spending time with friends, participating in yearbook club, dancing, and cheering. 💙

Shelby dreams of continuing to grow her talents through music and acting, and we are so proud to have her representing Utah Miss Amazing on the Road to Nationals! 🌟
