Expect Miracles Foundation [EMF] is a public charity that fundraises to invest in life-saving cancer research while advancing the financial and emotional health of people impacted by cancer. Our two research funds at Dana-Farber and Memorial Sloan Kettering provide incubation funding to advance research focused on 4 of the greatest challenges in cancer science: early detection, real-time prognosi

💥 For the first time, Expect Miracles Foundation [EMF] is expanding our Marathon Program to the 2026 Philadelphia Marathon Weekend.

While the EMF Distance Challenge may have just ended, you can keep the momentum going! Apply to join Team EMF on November 21–22 for one of the three races:

🏃‍♀️ Philadelphia Full Marathon – 11.22
🏃 Dietz & Watson Half Marathon – 11.21
🏃‍♂️ Rothman Orthopaedics 8K – 11.21

There are 5 bibs available for each race.

Your run will help fund life-saving cancer research at Dana-Farber Cancer Institute & Sloan Kettering Cancer Center, and provide critical support to young adult survivors through EMF’s SAMFund Grant Program.

ACT FAST! Today, May 14, marks the biggest fundraising moment of the EMF Distance Challenge: Double Donation Day. 🎉

A $150,000 matching opportunity is available while funds last. Once the funds are depleted, the match will end. Every online donation will be doubled to support cancer research and young adult cancer survivors. 💪

Matching Guidelines:
🔹Donations will be matched up to $10,000 per donor.
🔹Only credit card donations made online are eligible.
🔹Offline donations like checks, donor-advised funds, etc. do not qualify.
