WIOA Youth LWDA 70 Welcome to LWDA 70's WIOA Youth Program page! Empowering youth for success in careers and beyond. Join us on this journey!

The LWDA 70 Youth Program is funded through the federal Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) grant. We serve ten parishes in Northwest Louisiana: Bienville, Bossier, Caddo (Balance of), Claiborne, DeSoto, Lincoln, Natchitoches, Red River, Sabine, and Webster. Our program provides no-cost services to help youth ages 16–24 prepare for education, training, and employment. We focus on out-o

f-school youth who are ready to build careers, gain work experience, and overcome barriers to success. What we offer:

* Education and training support
* Workplace readiness and leadership development
* Supportive services to reduce barriers to employment

A Workforce Specialist will be available at Red River Parish Library to assist with:
* Resume assistance
* Job search support
* Training information
* WIOA program guidance
* Referrals to American Job Center services

When: Every third Tuesday of the month
