The Bolingbrook Rotary Club is a group of fun, civic minded Bolingbrook residents and business leaders. We gather each week for fellowship and to serve our community. The club has donated over $800,000 to local high school students in the form of scholarships. The club also donates dictionaries to every third grader in Bolingbrook each year.

Thanks to everyone who joined us for our Fall River clean up. We cleared litter, documented the water conditions, and had a great time connecting and catching up. The trail was pretty clean, but with some flooding in spots.

Thanks also to The Conservation Foundation for providing the supplies for the fall clean up and to the Bolingbrook Park District for picking up the litter we collected.

Looking for ways to get involved?

Our friends at the Bolingbrook Park District are looking for volunteers to help plant 30–40 trees at Central Park on Saturday, October 17. This is a great opportunity to spend a few hours working together on a hands-on service project in our community.

Tree Planting Volunteer Day
Saturday, October 17
9:00 a.m.–12:00 p.m.
Central Park, 201 Recreation Drive, Bolingbrook
Meet in the parking lot just south of the tennis courts.

Rotarians had a great time serving with other community groups at the 5th annual Romeoville Toyota - Feed6-Outreach Meal Packaging Event!

50,000 meals added to our local food bank system through today’s event. It was great to see so many friends and neighbors up early to serve!

Reminder! Next week, drop off your fall flower harvest at New Life Lutheran Church at 10 am and we'll use your flowers to make bouquets to be distributed to our neighbors using our local food pantries.

This little project is in its third year and we hear pantry patrons love taking home a beautiful bouquet along with their groceries!
