What an incredible day with our Team CHD Illinois family at the Heart Walk!

Because of your participation, generosity, and support, we were able to come together for a beautiful fundraiser dedicated to our Heart Warriors and the families who love them. The weather was perfect, the energy was amazing, and it was so special to see familiar faces while welcoming new families into our community.

We hope you had a chance to connect with other heart families and the incredible organizations that joined us.

❤️ Team CHD Illinois Annual Heart Walk 2026 ❤️

What a beautiful day at The Promenade Bolingbrook as our heart families, Heart Warriors, angel families, volunteers, sponsors, partners, and supporters came together to walk with purpose.

Today was about more than a walk. It was about honoring our Heart Warriors, remembering our heart angels, supporting families affected by congenital heart disease, and reminding every family that they are never walking this journey alone.

From the Team CHD signs and family activities to the Bereaved Hearts Tent, photo booth memories, community partners, and every step taken together — the day was filled with love, strength, hope, and connection.
