What does home mean to you? 🏠🗺️🔑

For LaRita, a mom and CATCH graduate, it's more than a roof over her head - it's everything that fills it. Laughter. Safety. The ability for her and her daughter to be themselves. That’s home.

And that’s what this community makes possible. Because of you, more and more families across the Treasure Valley get to turn the key to home and feel what that means for them. Thank you!

A surprise coffee and a lot of gratitude this morning! ☕ 🧡

Just wanted to say a quick thank you to CREW Idaho, Northwest Bank, and Lifted Coffee for treating our team to free coffee this morning and giving us a little extra energy to start the day!

It's the little things that make a big difference, and we're grateful for the community that continues to show up for CATCH and the 271 neighbors that have turned the key to home this year.

Calling the CATCH community!

New Path II, Boise's new permanent supportive housing community, opened its doors last week! With 95 units set aside for people exiting homelessness, our friends at New Path II need new or gently used household items to welcome these neighbors home. Currently, they need the following items:

Plates
Cups
Silverware/utensil sets
Can openers
Pillows

The New Path II team accepts donations between 8am - 5pm, Monday - Friday at 2216 W. Fairview Avenue, Boise, ID. For more information, please contact their office at (208) 721-5070. Thank you!

Meet the Keyturners, the +200 neighbors who give to CATCH every month! Their recurring support covers what helps a family move in: a deposit, a first month's rent, and someone there to help them take that first step toward home. Through sustainable monthly support, it allows us to meet families when urgent needs arise. This community's support has already helped hundreds of neighbors, including families with children, exit homelessness in 2026.

Love. Care. And Our Amazing Community 🧡

Earlier this month, a hundred and twenty people sat down together at The Lively.

One of them was a mom named Brittany, who stood up and told the room, out loud, what it took to get where she is today. Two years ago she needed someone to open a door she could not open alone. A deposit. A first month's rent. And then someone who kept showing up, through a new job, and everything that comes with starting over. Today she is a general manager. Her son is growing up in a home where he gets to be a kid, in a bedroom that is his.

That night, a third of that room became Keyturners, joining more than 200 neighbors who give every month. Others gave a generous one-time gift that will move a family in this month. We went into the evening hoping to open the door for twelve families. This community did far more than that.

Every one of those doors is a moment. A deposit covered, a first month's rent paid, and a case manager waiting on the other side. We want to say a huge thank you to Brittany for sharing her powerful story. And thank you to everyone who was there, everyone who gave, and everyone who has been supporting CATCH.

"I love you."

That is Brittany's son.

A few years ago he and his mom had nowhere to go. Until she found CATCH.

CATCH through the support of our community covered their deposit and first month's rent, then walked alongside them for over a year, through a new job and a new school and everything that comes with starting over.

Tonight Brittany stood in front of a room of a hundred and twenty people and told them about it herself. She is a general manager now. Last week she and her employer raised $2,000 for CATCH.
A beautiful full circle moment. The mom who once needed the door opened is now helping open it for the next family. That is the generational impact this community makes possible.

🔑 A $10,000 challenge gift.

Tonight a generous supporter is adding $100 for every person who joins the Keyturners, up to the first 100 people. The challenge runs until midnight on Friday, September 18.

There are 170 of them right now, neighbors across the Treasure Valley who give every month to cover the things that help a family move-in. A deposit. A first month's rent. And someone there to help them take that first step toward home. More than thirty families a year.

CATCH The Flavor sold out weeks ago! Excited to see you Thursday.

Here is what this community has already made possible this year. Two hundred and fifty neighbors moved out of homelessness and into a home of their own. A lease with their name on it. A key that works. A chance to exhale.

Thursday night, a hundred and twenty people sit down together at The Lively to celebrate what that looks like up close, and to talk about what comes next for the families still on our waitlist.

None of it happens without the companies below. They are not sponsors of a dinner. They decided that getting local families through a front door is their business too, and they put money behind it before they ever saw a return.
