Tirzah partners with global female leaders to create opportunities for women to discover their God-given potential through micro-enterprise and leadership development initiatives. THE TIRZAH BAZAAR directly sources from women makers and 100% of the net proceeds fund the mission of Tirzah to fight injustice against women and create opportunities for women to discover their potential. Day of the Girl lasts just for today. The work of becoming, leading, building and caring for a community does not. 🧡

A monthly gift can help make the steady things possible: coaching for emerging leaders, meals during a week of leadership training, transportation to reach women in person, or participation in a small business program.

This year, we’re inviting 10 new people to join the NEST and stand with women month after month

A little each month can go a long way. ✨

Depending on where the need is greatest, monthly support can help cover things like:

📱 $30 toward data access for a region of ELP participants
🤝 $50 toward a month of coaching and mentoring for emerging leaders
🧵 $50 toward participation for women in a microenterprise program
🚗 $100 toward transportation for leaders providing in-person training
🌍 $200 toward translating an ELP module so more women can access it

And for eligible new donors, that monthly gift can be matched for up to 12 months.

A $25 monthly gift, matched with another $25 each month, becomes $600 in combined support over a year.

That is what we mean by steady ground. 🌱

Not one big moment, but the consistency that helps women keep learning, keep leading and keep investing what they know back into their families and communities.

What would you tell your younger self this Day of the Girl (tomorrow!)

💌For Keziah, an Emerging Leaders Program graduate from South Africa who is now stepping into leadership herself, the message is clear: don’t let the expectations around you limit what you believe is possible for your life.

Her hope for younger women is that they would strive to excel in every sphere of life. And for women whose opportunities were shaped by forces far out of their control, her encouragement is just as powerful: it is never too late to learn, grow or pursue an education.

Tomorrow is Day of the Girl. 💛

And as we celebrate the girls growing into their voices, callings and leadership, we’re also thinking about what it looks like to stand with them 👉🏽for more than one day.

At Tirzah, we believe leadership doesn’t stop with one woman. 🌟What she learns, believes and discovers about her own capacity can ripple outward to her family, her community and the women coming behind her.🌟

And if you could hear from women a few steps ahead of you, what would you want to ask?

This Day of the Girl, we’re creating space for both.

On October 11, Tirzah International is joining Pulpit Rock Church and the local CBE chapter in Colorado Springs for an afternoon bringing girls and women across generations together for honest conversation about calling, confidence, leadership, faith, relationships, failure, ambition and all the ways being a woman intersects with them. 🌟

Come ready to listen, share and learn from one another, with spotlights on women and girls in different seasons of life, plus snacks and giveaways.💌

Bring a daughter, mother, mentor, friend, or another woman you’d love to share the afternoon with. 💛

As Zuza shares, when women are strengthened, the impact rarely stops with them. Women give back. They share what they have learned. They invest in their families and communities. They make space for others to rise alongside them.

👉🏽Research backs up what we see again and again through Tirzah’s global community: women in emerging markets reinvest up to 90% of their income into their families and communities, especially in areas like education, health and nutrition.

That is the kind of ripple effect we believe in. 🌀

As we move into a season of gratitude and giving this fall and toward the end of the year, we are continually encouraged by women around the world who are creating change every day, often beginning right where they are.🧡

And we’re excited to invite more people into that story.

This is just a small glimpse of Angela, who participated in our Small Business Initiative. A few years ago, we were blessed with a visit to her home in Kibera, Kenya. Angela knows these paths. She knows her neighbors. She understands the specific challenges her community faces because this is her community.

And she is crucial part of transforming it.

Through her small business, Angela has been able to support her family and help provide an education for her children and grandchildren. And the impact keeps rippling outward.

Angela’s small business training is led by a local Tirzah woman leader with her own vision for unlocking the potential of women across her community. Women investing in women, who invest in their families, who strengthen their communities.

This is what we believe at Tirzah: lasting change doesn’t begin with outsiders arriving with the answers. It begins by listening to and investing in women who already know their communities, already have a vision for what could be different, and are ready to lead.

Angela had a dream for what her life could become. She chose to pursue it. And that transformation reaches far beyond one woman. 💛

Rebecca has partnered with many organizations over the years. She knows the familiar dynamic: one side gives, the other receives.

Women leaders from around the world come together not as beneficiaries, but as peers. They share their successes and struggles, exchange ideas, learn from one another’s journeys, and grow together. There is no one-way relationship. Everyone has something to teach. Everyone has something to learn.

Rebecca calls that dynamic beautiful and something to be cherished. ❤️ And we do!

We believe this is how lasting community transformation happens: through locally led change, rooted in genuine partnership. When women leading change in their own communities are connected to one another, they become stronger together. When Isabell looks at the women in her community, she sees immense power. 💪🏾

She believes women are capable of anything they set their minds to. Yet too often, injustice, discrimination, and hardship convince them to believe otherwise.

Something beautiful is happening in Tanzania! 🌹 The 2025 Emerging Leaders Program cohort gathered to celebrate the completion of a journey that has equipped them to lead with greater confidence, courage, and purpose. Under Tirzah Global Leader Racheal’s leadership, these women are returning to their communities ready to create lasting change. 💪🏽

What an honor to watch these remarkable women continue investing in others.

Working alongside women in South Africa, Minah has watched women carry families, neighborhoods, and entire movements through unimaginable challenges and injustices.

Too often they’re made to believe they’re weak or second-class citizens.

But Minah recognizes something entirely different.

She sees women who are resilient, resourceful, and capable of incredible things. Her dream is that they would learn to trust in themselves and to recognize the strength and potential they’ve been working through all along.

Through Tirzah’s Small Business Initiative, women gain practical skills, supportive community, and the confidence to build sustainable livelihoods. The training is about so much more than income. It’s about rediscovering what’s always been true: women have the capacity to lead, provide, innovate, and transform their communities.

Because when women believe in themselves, entire communities are changed.
