If you’ve run one of our 5Ks, you already know Preggo Dance.

They’re leading the warm-up again on September 20, getting everyone stretching and moving before the start line. They’ve done it at every one of our races since day one, and they’ve joined us on stage at Earth Day over the years too.

Preggo Dance is part of Preggo Organization for Women, a South Florida nonprofit that supports mothers and their babies with essential resources, workshops, community events, and fitness classes. Their whole approach is captured in how they describe it, one mom at a time. Keeping people active, healthy, and connected is exactly the kind of work we’re proud to stand next to.

They’ll also have a tent at the event, so come warm up and then go say hello and learn what they do.

✨Our monthly Diapers & Wipes Distribution is more than an opportunity to provide essential baby supplies. It is a chance to connect with families, listen to their needs, offer encouragement, and remind them that they are part of a caring community.

We are deeply grateful to Expecting Relief in South Florida for partnering with The Preggo Organization for Women in serving local families, and to all of our supporters who help make this work possible.

PREGGO DANCE® AT Heart CRC 💕✨
Today was all about movement, connection, and celebrating the beautiful journey of motherhood!💃🎶🤰🏽

Our Preggo Dance® class at HCRC was led by the wonderful Preggo Dance® instructor Pili Benavente, bringing positive energy and joyful movement to our moms and moms-to-be.💗

Preggo Dance® is more than exercise; it’s a moment to move, breathe, connect, and feel empowered.

• Supports healthy movement during pregnancy
• Helps improve strength, flexibility, and endurance
• Promotes circulation and energy
