Susan Sacco shared this incredible miracle story with me via a comment on my Facebook ad. She witnessed Jesus appear to her as a humble shepherd and felt the loving light of God. Read her full story below.
It all happened in a flash, yet the memory is forever etched in my mind. It was 4 a.m. I had fallen asleep while reading, leaving the lamp on my nightstand on, and I was awakened by the light, which was now doing a dance. I tried to distract myself by going downstairs for a snack, and then returned to bed, closing my eyes tightly to try and get back to sleep, and that’s when I heard a strange whirring sound. My eyes then began to flicker, and there was the biggest implosion of white light, which turned into a burst of the brightest colors, the likes of which cannot be compared to anything on earth. And that’s when He appeared. A very distinguished Man with a small pointed beard, wearing a brown shepherd’s robe, smiling so warmly at me. In the palms of His hands He held gold, with which He made a gesture toward me, as if offering it as a gift. It all happened so fast, yet in an instant my life was forever changed. At first I thought maybe He was one of my Spirit Guides, because He certainly did not appear as I would have expected. He did not appear wearing a heavenly white robe or having a circular halo above His head, as in biblical accounts, but the Light that preceded His arrival said it all! There was zero doubt that I was touched by the Light of God, but it took me quite some time afterwards to be able to confidently say that it was indeed Jesus who appeared to me, simply because it seemed so unfathomable. I mean, how? And why me? What did I do to even deserve the honor of such a heavenly visitation? I was always a believer, and I was at the beginning of my spiritual journey and what is referred to now as a spiritual awakening, but I certainly was not a churchgoer or a holy roller. (Writing paused.) Omg, upon preparing this message, I just received a flashback of me lying on the end of my bed and pleading with God to see Him. At this very moment I have tears of awe and joy in my eyes, as God never ceases to amaze me. I am remembering the deep longing and heartfelt desire I was feeling back then to meet Him, and I can feel it right now in the pit of my stomach. I would always sing to God the lyrics to the song “My Sweet Lord,” so it is in taking the opportunity to share a very precious, pivotal part of my soul’s journey with you here that I have been given yet another gift. The gift of recognition. It wasn’t until now that I realized He heard me, and it was His answer to my prayers! All glory be to God!
