Every month, I watch something beautiful happen.

People arrive carrying their businesses, goals, challenges, and full schedules.Then little by little, the room changes.

We came together for a conversation on food, toxins, and healing with Leslie Carmen. It was the kind that makes you pause and think about what you’re putting in your body, how it’s affecting you, and what small shifts can actually make a difference.

At our April Holistic Chamber gathering, we’re honored to be joined by Leslie Carmen, founder of Carmen Care and a deeply experienced practitioner in integrative and energy-based healing.

Leslie will guide us through a conversation on toxins in our food and how to support the body in detoxing.
