I absolutely LOVE Yoga & how it has positively impacted my life, my hubby’s life, & so many other Women in our Sisterhood.🪷
I enjoy practicing Yoga in many different places, especially out in Nature and with friends or my sweet loving partner. 🧘♂️🌿
I’ve been practicing Yoga for over 15 years. It’s been a game changer for my Stress levels, reducing pain in my physical body, keeping me feeling more alive & peaceful.🧘♂️
Yoga is a Beautiful act of Self-Love & Self-Care.🌸

There are many different kinds of Yoga from Slow Gentle Restorative to Intense Fast-Paced Vinyasa Flow.🧘♂️
You don’t have to be super flexible to practice Yoga. It can even be done in a chair. 🪑
It gives us an opportunity to Slow things down in our busy lives, Be more Intentional, Focused, & Present. 🌸
