🌟🖤 Raven is Ready for Her Forever Home! 🖤🌟

This gorgeous baby girl was pulled from Animal Control and given a second chance at life. Now all she needs is a family of her very own. 🐾

Meet Raven — just 1 year old and full of love, fun, and personality! She is a total play machine and absolutely adores other dogs, especially playful little boy dogs. 💙🐶

* Raven weighs 18.5 pounds and she is fully grown♥️*

Raven is affectionate, loves giving kisses, and when it’s time to settle down, her favorite place to sleep is right next to her person. She’s the perfect combination of playful companion and cuddle bug. 🥰

🥹💔 SHE’S HAD HER FIRST SURGERY… NOW SHE NEEDS US FOR THE NEXT ONE! 💔🥹

Look at that sweet face! 🥹❤️

Bixie’s first luxating patella surgery is DONE! 🎉🐾

But this little girl still has a long road ahead. Her second back leg also needs surgery, bringing her total surgical estimate to $7,238 — $3,619 per leg.

And after each surgery comes 6 weeks of rehabilitation. ❤️‍🩹

Bixie is just ONE of the 40+ dogs we have rescued from this horrific hoarding case. We couldn’t leave her behind… but now our veterinary bills are overwhelming. 💔

So today, we’re asking our rescue family for a little help:

🌸🌺 LYLA UPDATE!!! SHE’S READY FOR HER FOREVER FAMILY! 🌺🌸

Remember our beautiful little Lyla from the hoarding case? 🥹💗

This shy little girl has come SO FAR! And now we’re thrilled to say…

🩷 Lyla had her luxating patella surgery and has officially completed her 6 WEEKS of recovery! 🩷

She’s healed. She’s ready. And now all she needs is YOU. 🏡💕

Lyla is about 1 year old and just 14 pounds of pure sweetness! She’s a Cavalier King Charles/Poodle/Terrier mix and, like so many of the dogs from this heartbreaking hoarding situation, she didn’t grow up knowing what it felt like to be loved, held, comforted, and truly safe.

She’s still a little shy and unsure when she first meets you… but once Lyla trusts you, she melts into the sweetest little cuddle bug. 🥹❤️

She doesn’t need someone to rush her.

She doesn’t need someone to “fix” her.

She needs someone who will give her time. Someone gentle and patient who will let her discover that the world can be a beautiful place—and that she finally has a family who will never let her down. 🌸

🥹💔 BIXIE NEEDS US — TWO SURGERIES, ONE VERY SPECIAL GIRL 💔🥹

Bixie is going into surgery at a specialist in Atlanta, and her estimated cost is $3,619 to repair BOTH back legs. She has luxating patellas in both knees, and unfortunately, she can only have one leg repaired at a time—so this will be a several-month journey for this sweet girl♥️

And then comes 6 weeks of rehab. ❤️‍🩹

Bixie came to us from the horrific hoarding case where we have now taken in OVER 40 dogs. She is a Cavalier/Terrier mix who is playful, sweet, and absolutely LOVES other dogs. She is a year old and weighs about 13-14 pounds♥️

She needs a fenced yard and another playful dog in her future home. She will stay outside playing as long as the weather allows—and I’ve literally had to go get her out of the rain because she was too busy running and wandering around with her buddies. 😂🐾

She likes toys… but other dogs are definitely her favorite toys. 😂

Bixie can be timid and scared when faced with new people, places or situations. But once she settles in, her personality comes shining through. She has been good with the cats here. She has not been around children, so we don’t know how she would do with them.

She is still learning that running directly between your feet at full speed is perhaps not the best life choice 😂, so we think a middle-aged home may be a good fit.

😭💔 1,000 DAYS. OVER TWO YEARS IN RESCUE. ZERO APPLICATIONS. 💔😭

How is this possible? 😭

🩵💙 MEET PILOT 💙🩵
✨ Still waiting for someone to finally choose him. ✨

Pilot has spent 1,000 days of his life in rescue.

He came to us as a desperately sick puppy after contracting parvo. He spent an entire MONTH at the vet fighting for his life. He battled pneumonia. He battled sepsis.

And somehow… this boy never gave up. 💙

He fought his way back.

Today, Pilot is healthy, happy, thriving—and still waiting.

No applications.
No family coming for him.
Just 1,000 days of hoping that someday, someone will see him and say…

“That’s my dog.” 💔

Pilot is an adventurous, playful mixed breed who loves to RUN, explore, play with his foster siblings, and soak up every bit of life. He also makes plenty of time for kisses, belly rubs, and cuddles with his foster mom. 🥰

💔🥹🥹MEET TAFFY… AND JUST LOOK AT ALL THAT HAIR! 🥹🥹💔

Taffy is another precious soul we rescued from the hoarding case that has completely broken our hearts.

We have now taken in OVER 40 DOGS from this ONE situation. 😭💔

These dogs lived outside. They weren’t petted. They weren’t held. They didn’t know what it felt like to be comforted, loved, or told they were safe.

When Taffy first arrived, she was absolutely terrified and incredibly timid. We didn’t rush her. You don’t want to do anything to further traumatize them even if they need grooming. We gave her the time and space she needed to decompress and figure things out for herself.

And slowly… she started letting us in. ❤️

✨✨⭐️FREEDOM RIDE⭐️✨✨

💙MEET MUGSY — LEARNING THAT HE IS SAFE💙

When Mugsy first arrived, he was so terrified that we couldn’t even touch him. But we never force interactions when a dog isn’t ready. We let them set the pace, decompress, and discover that they are safe on their own terms.

And Mugsy has been doing just that. 💙

Mugsy was surrendered to animal control and came to us understandably scared and a little grumpy. He’s unsure about toddlers, and after living with 2-year-olds who were simply too overwhelming for him, his family felt that finding him a new home was the best decision for everyone’s safety and well-being.

Right now, Mugsy needs an experienced Frenchie person who understands the breed, has patience, and has no children in the home. We’re still learning about him and don’t yet know how he will do with other dogs. He may ultimately need to be the only dog, but neutering, time, decompression, and getting to know him will help us determine that.

For now, Mugsy is getting exactly what he needs: time. ❤️

No pressure. No forcing. Just a safe place, patience, and as much spoiling as he allows us to do while he learns that people can be trusted.

Bernie has been with us for quite some time, and we truly believe it’s his turn to find the family he deserves. 🥺💙

At just 2½ years old, this handsome little guy is a small-breed mix who may have experienced some mistreatment before coming into rescue. He still has some residual PTSD, but look at how far he has come! 🥹 He is SO much happier and more confident now. He weighs about 16 pounds and may have some Chiweenie in there💜
