Gertie was wondering if anyone without any other pets was looking for a lazy ass dog? If you have a deck & a lap for her to snore on, you get extra morning wiggles. Her adoption fee is only $150 since she joined the “hard to adopt club” (finding a home without other pets is hard 😐).

We work hard to rescue dogs that others have given up on due to behavioral hurdles. Right now, we have $20,000 in unfulfilled fundraisers for critical training programs and vet expenses—and those dogs are waiting.

Meet "Oden"

An 8 month old pup. He's up for adoption and looking for a family to continue growing up with. He already has a basic foundation of training established.

Per his foster family Oden is a medium energy puppy with minimal puppy nonsense. He already walks nicely on just a simple slip lead, sits, and understands place bed training. He's a sensitive pup and catches on quickly to what both people and other dogs are teaching him. He's been a fun foster dog that both his foster humans and their resident dog have enjoyed having in their home. He's ready to continue living his best life with his furever family! 😉

AGE- 8 months

NEUTORED- no, but rescue will as part of his adoption fee.

HOUSE TRAINED- just a few accidents due to human error. 🫠

KENNEL TRAINED- yes

DOG SOCIAL- yes, nonreactive on leash and attendends structured daycare at Blaine Kennels .

CATS- unknown

KIDS- has done great around well trained children at adoption events. 😆

Oden does have a malformed left front leg that he's been doing daily PT at home and Adequan injections to help gain more range of motion. He does not have pain, and it does not inhibit his activity. He enjoys daily walks, running with his foster mom, and playing fetch. Has no problem having the occasional zoomies. 🤪

We’re excited to host a low-cost vaccine clinic for the community on 6/13, and we’ll also have adoptable pets here with Final Chance Animal Rescue. If your pet is due for vaccines, this is an easy way to get them protected for a fraction of the cost of a traditional vet visit.

Clinic pricing (The Pawpulation Clinic ):

Exam: $15 (required for all pets receiving vaccines/diagnostics)

Dog Package: $125 (includes exam and all items below)
