Some produce beauty shots from our distributions! 🤩

All of this produce comes from local farmers at our local farmer's markets! Specifically Broome County Regional Farmers Market And Vestal Farmers' Market! We thank them weekly at our distribution but we wanted to spread the love online as well 💕 These folks cannot be thanked enough!

Please support the incredible people that grow food all around us and head over to the Farmers Market this Saturday for some delicious, fresh, and local produce 😍

Our hearts are with the victims of this absolute tragedy.

A devastating fire has left individuals and families in our community without a place to live. In a matter of moments, residents lost not only their housing, but also many of their personal belongings, clothing, medications, and essential items.

Today, our neighbors need us.

We are launching the Knights Inn Emergency Relief Fund to provide immediate assistance to those displaced by this tragedy. Donations will help meet urgent needs such as temporary housing, food, clothing, transportation, hygiene supplies and other critical supports as individuals and families begin the difficult process of rebuilding their lives.

When crisis strikes, our community responds. Together, we can help ensure that those affected by this fire have the resources, support, and hope they need in the days and weeks ahead.

Happy Tuesday!

We would like to thank Good Neighbors for connecting us w bread, sweets, and dry goods every Saturday from local stores and restaurants!

At BFR we believe it is very important to say NO to food heirarchy! No food is "good" or "bad"; different foods just do different things for your body 😁

We are very happy to be able to provide fun foods like pastries and cakes with the help of Good Neighbors! 😍 Check them out!

We would like to spotlight Norwich Meadows Farm for their continued support in providing gorgeous fresh produce to our weekly free grocery distribution!
